At Nama Official, we take pride in the quality of our skincare and beauty products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days .

- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations once the order is placed.
- Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
π¦ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product?
We only offer a refund or replacement if:
- The product is damaged in transit
- The item received is defective or incorrect
If this happens:
- Contact us at contact@namaoffical.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a clear photo of the product showing the issue, and unboxing video (if available).
- Our team will review the case and get back to you within 2β4 business days.
- The Replacement of the product would happen within 2 3 days and those products would be delivered to the customer within 3 – 4 days
If approved, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
π° Refund Method:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5β7 business days to reflect.

- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for claims made after 48 hours of delivery or without proper proof.
